Cupcakes 101 regular and gluten-free cupcakes are freshly baked to order and dairy products. Please note that our kitchen is generally used to prepare foods that contain these ingredients, as well as nuts and seeds. Please discuss any dietary requirements with us before ordering.

Assorted cupcakes included in our Daily and Specialty No Minimum Amount Required sections can be ordered in any combination and amount except for our Gluten-Free options which require a minimum order of 12 (1 dozen) of each flavor. Cupcakes in our Happy Hour, Seasonal and Specialty Minimum Order Required sections all require a minimum order of 12 (1 dozen) of each flavors (no combinatons allowed).  Cupcakes 101 also offers jumbo cupcakes which require a minimum order of 6 (1/2 dozen) of each flavor, as well mini cupcakes – minimum order varies depending on section.

Our standard cakepops require a minimum order of 12.

Our cupcakes are all handmade and are therefore individual. We will do our best to match designs and colors but there may be some variance. We cannot guarantee to exactly produce the same cupcakes ordered from a picture/photo from other bakers. Our designs will be an interpretation of their cupcakes.

Orders are accepted via our website at www.cupcakes101.net, telephone or email. We require a minimum 24-hour’s notice for non-custom cupcakes and minimum 72-hours for custom cupcakes and cakepops.

Cupcake orders must be paid in full when placing your order online. We offer credit/debit card payments through our website.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash and check as payment for standard orders placed in-shop (via phone, email and Facebook).

For large, custom and special event orders, a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining balance is to be paid on collection or delivery.

Any amendment to your order must be confirmed via email/writing as soon as possible, and may be subject to an additional charge if extra work is required. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellations require a minimum 24-hour notice.  Any cancellation less than 24-hours prior to order delivery or pick up date and where work has been started or is already completed is still chargeable and will incur a $25 fee. All deposits are non-refundable.

All cupcakes can be collected from our shop in Bedford, NH between the hours of 11:00am to 3:00pm Tuesday through Saturday. We offer early pickups for an additional charge of $10.00/hr. Local delivery within Bedford, NH is available free of charge. We also offer deliveries outside of the Bedford, NH area at the rate of $50.00/hr. Once cupcakes have been collected or delivered we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur. If possible, we will help repair any damage, but this will incur extra costs for time and materials used.

Cupcakes 101 reserves the right to use photos of all cupcakes and cakepops made in any form of media.
